Therefore, we offer the flexibility to upgrade your selected package on the day of the event should you observe a growing demand. This enables our artist to accommodate more guests and enhance the overall experience.

Please note that package downgrades on the day of the event are not permissible, as our goal is to ensure that your guests receive the best possible service.

In the event that you've already paid for a "premium" package but wish to extend the artist's presence beyond the allotted time, this is certainly feasible. However, an hourly cost will be incurred for this extension, ensuring that you can continue to enjoy the tattoo services for as long as needed.

Our Artist is available to travel throughout the entirety of Victoria to bring their artistry to your event. However, it's important to note that a travel cost is associated with this service. The charge for travel is calculated at a rate of $1 per kilometer, covering the round trip from Woodend to your event location.

In the instance that your event is located more than 2 hours away from Woodend, there may be an additional fee to accommodate our artist overnight. This measure is taken to ensure their well-being and to guarantee their safe return home, allowing them to continue providing exceptional service to our valued clients.

Each of our event tattoo packages is associated with a specific, all-inclusive cost. This fee is to be settled in advance by the event organizer. It's important to note that this pricing structure ensures that guests attending the event or wedding won't be required to make individual payments for their tattoos. The package covers the attendance of our skilled artist at the event, with a dedicated time frame corresponding to the selected package. During this allocated time, our artist will be available to provide tattoos to as many guests as possible, offering a seamless and hassle-free experience.

A personalized flash sheet is thoughtfully curated on a one-to-one basis with our skilled tattoo artist. A initial consultation will be scheduled several months in advance to your event, during which we will delve into your flash concept preferences and desired content for your custom sheet.

For those unable to attend an in-person meeting in Woodend, we are pleased to offer the option of a virtual meeting via Zoom.

During this consultation, we will explore the most suitable package for your needs, as well as the number of flash options you wish to include. Our artist will conduct a comprehensive interview to gain insights into your unique preferences and the specifics of your event.

Upon the completion of your customised flash sheet by our artist, we will promptly deliver it to you for your review and any additional adjustments that may be necessary.
